It's been another busy week for sport here at SPS. Not only did we attend the Auckland Interzones for Softball but we also attended the Tamaki Cluster Cricket Tournament on the Wednesday.
Over the last few weeks the teams have been training hard with Mr Cowlrick and their effort and commitment certainly showed throughout the day's tournament.
Stand out players have been given Sports Awards at this week's assembly for not only their great cricket skills but also their ability to work with their team. Congratulations to David Penjueli, R15, Chiko Pitman, R17 and Divek Nadan from R18.

Yr 5's - First
Yr 6's - Third
Yr 7 & 8's - Fourth
Well done teams!!!
Also many thanks to our parent help for the day's tournament, Mary Green and again to Mr Cowlrick.
And we are all right behind the Black Caps quarter final game tomorrow!
